Pearl Litter 2026

Pearl Litter, born on February 22, 2026

The Pearl litter was born on the evening of Sunday, February 22, 2026, in our foster home in Nokia, Finland. The litter consists of four beautiful kittens, all named after some of the world’s most famous pearls. They all grew into confident, curious and affectionate Ocicats, and have now moved to their loving forever homes.

The dam is KCH FI*Northalla Kesäyön Usva, a blue silver spotted Ocicat (OCI as 24), and the sire is the charming IC JCH KCH SE*Hormuz Nâder JW, a chocolate spotted Ocicat (OCI b 24), better known as Tigran.

We were delighted to have the opportunity to borrow Tigran from Erika Aaltonen of Derekaz Cattery. Our warmest thanks to Erika, as well as to Tigran’s breeder Benjamin Jiglund in Sweden! Tigran won us over with his wonderful temperament – a muscular, gentle gentleman who loves both people and other cats, and who was a perfect match for Usva.

Both parents have been health tested. They are negative for FIV and FeLV, their hearts have been examined by ultrasound and found healthy, and comprehensive genetic health information is available from their backgrounds.

Kittens:

FI*Northalla Gogibus Pearl (OCI ns 24) – silver spotted male

This handsome silver boy was named after the famous Gogibus Pearl. An active and well-balanced kitten, he moved to his forever home in Kerava. His kitten nickname Panda was replaced with Saku to match his big brother’s name. His feline companion is Sisu from our Board Game litter.

FI*Northalla Centaur Pearl (OCI os 24) – cinnamon silver spotted male, nickname Hermanni

Strongly resembling his father, Centaur Pearl was named after the historic pearl of the same name. This energetic and curious boy found his new home in Jyväskylä, where he lives as one of our breeding cats. We hope he will one day become the sire of future Ocicat litters.

FI*Northalla La Regente Pearl (OCI c 24) – lilac spotted female, call name Puuteri

La Regente Pearl takes her name from one of the world’s most famous natural pearls. Puuteri moved to the beautiful countryside of Siuntio together with her sister.

FI*Northalla La Peregrina Pearl (OCI n 24) – tawny spotted female, call name Ninni

La Peregrina is perhaps the world’s best-known historic pearl, and this lovely girl proudly bears its name. Friendly and affectionate, Ninni now lives in her loving new home, and we are especially happy that the two sisters were able to stay together.
